潘偉曦先生為現任台灣及香港飛利浦公司醫療科技事業群總經理,2007年加入香港飛利浦醫療科技事業群 Patient Care & management system(PCMS) 業務部門,2008年升任香港飛利浦醫療科技事業群 Patient Care & Management  System(PCMS) 業務團隊及經銷商管理主管。

 

2013年轉任香港飛利浦醫療科技事業群 Imagine System (IS)業務經理。2014年升任香港飛利浦醫療科技事業群 Imagine System (IS)銷售主管,並在2015年升任香港飛利浦醫療科技事業群總經理,自2017年,升任台灣及香港飛利浦醫療科技事業群總經理,同時掌管台灣以及香港飛利浦醫療健康事業群之營運。

 

潘偉曦先生深信離開舒適圈才能站得更高、看得更遠,帶著這樣的信念於2013年轉任Imagine System (IS)業務經理一職,透過扎實布局並強化團隊實力、深耕客戶需求,為飛利浦帶來了兩次市場上的重大突破,分別是拓展香港私人醫院市場並讓高階健檢CT儀器打入香港醫療領域,潘偉曦先生將這一切歸功給整個團隊,畢竟自己僅是方向的掌舵手,團隊的努力以及team up to excel 才是成功關鍵。 直接式的鼓勵並激發團隊士氣是他的重點領導風格。

 

 對於台灣成熟的醫療制度,潘偉曦有著無限的期待,他認為以產品出發的一般解決方案已經無法滿足台灣需求,未來將帶領著飛利浦醫療科技團隊為客戶提出貼切需求的整體型創新解決方案,短期目標要串聯起內部各個部門強項,以創新協作成為客戶眼中的創意團隊,中長期目標則要發揮飛利浦獨特的IT優勢,推出更有效能並幫客戶端節省成本、縮短時間流且更精準的整體型數位化解決方案。

Mr. Jan Poon is currently District Manager of Philips Health systems Taiwan and Hong Kong. In 2007, he joined the Patient Care & Management Systems (PCMS) Department at Philips Health systems Hong Kong, and was later promoted in 2008 to PCMS senior sales officer.

 

In 2013, he was transferred to the Imaging System (IS) Department at Philips Health systems Hong Kong and took up the role of Sales Manager. He was later promoted to Sales Manager of the IS Department in 2014, and then to Director of Philips Health systems Hong Kong in 2015. As of 2017, Mr. Poon has assumed the role of District Manager at Philips Health systems Taiwan and Hong Kong and is now simultaneously in charge of operations at both companies.

 

Mr. Poon firmly believes that only by breaking away from one's comfort zone can a person reach higher grounds and gain a broader perspective, and held on to this belief even after his reassignment to the IS Department in 2013. Through solid strategic deployment, strengthening of sales team capabilities, and profound understanding of client needs, Mr. Poon enabled Philips to forge two major breakthroughs on the market. One was expansion into the market of private hospitals in Hong Kong; the other was the introduction of CT equipment used for advanced health examinations into Hong Kong's medical field. Mr. Poon credits his team for the triumphs they have achieved, stating that he was merely at the helm, and that the key to success was team effort and the mutual goal of teaming up to excel. Direct encouragement and boosting of team morale are his approaches to leadership.

 

Looking at Taiwan's maturely developed medical system, Mr. Poon holds countless expectations. He believes general solutions that primarily focus on products are no longer capable of satisfying Taiwan’s medical requirements. In the future, he will lead Philips Health systems in providing customers with comprehensive and innovative solutions that cater perfectly to their individual and specific needs. His objective in the short term is to integrate the strengths of various departments, and to utilize innovation and teamwork for presenting customers with creative solutions. In the mid- to long-term, the objective is to utilize Philips’ unique advantages in IT for offering customers comprehensive digital solutions that are not only more effective, save costs and shorten work flow, but are moreover of higher precision.

 

In particular, Taiwanese society will be experiencing rising demand for long-distance health care, public health management, and long-term care solutions, fields in which Philips Health systems is specialized and able to provide comprehensive solutions for. Mr. Poon hopes to create and engage in dialogs with county and city governments, and is more than happy to collaboratively create a medical environment that offers accurate diagnoses at low costs and high efficiency through the establishment of MOUs.
