This section only applies to those users that have the ‘Update Installed Product Information’-authorization only. Check the authorization section in your profile to verify whether you are authorized to use this function. In case you’re not, please contact your internal team CS Portal contact or Philips for support.
As a user with ‘Update Installed Product Information’-authorization, you can maintain the following IP parameters:
Update Single IP Details
Update Multiple IP Details
From the Installed Product List View, you can update IPs in a list view.
You can select certain IPs (such as this example), or all IPs when you check to box next to the Installed Product header.
Update IP Details in Mass
If you have the same information to enter for many IPs, the best option is to use mass updates.
Use filter or multi-selector to refine the IPs before you click the “Mass Update” button. In this example, the goal is to only update the iU22s’ Custom IP Name and Room/ Department.
By default, all modalities and locations are included.
