份量 4 persons


  • 500 ml water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 250 ml cream
  • 250 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 small potato, peeled
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Pinch of nutmeg


  • Put all ingredients in the SoupMaker and choose setting
  • 1. When the SoupMaker is finished it will give a signal and keep the soup warm for another 20 minutes. Garnish the soup with some freshly cut herbs or some pan-tossed pancetta and mushrooms.
